Can I use the samples royalty free?

Yes. When you purchase a Floe Audio product, you are obtaining a royalty free licence to use the sample’s included.
 

Can I use the samples in commercial productions?

Yes. You can use the samples in either a commercial or non commercial audio production or musical composition providing they comply with our user licence agreement.
 

Can I use the melody files and chord progressions from a construction kit or project template in my own productions?

Yes, but you must alter the melodies and chord progressions by more than 50% of the original template files.
 

Can I use the melody files or chord progressions from a MIDI pack in my own productions?

Yes. You can use the MIDI files, unaltered in either a commercial or non commercial audio production or musical composition.
 

What happens if more than one producer uses the same sample in their work? Are they infringing on eachother’s copyright?

We grant a non-exclusive licence to use Floe Audio samples. While you will own the copyright to your original compositions, you do not own the rights to the individual samples. Therefore other Floe Audio users can use the same samples as you without copyright infringement.
 

Are there any limitations to the Floe Audio licence?
You cannot use the samples in isolation without any other audio material.

What are the payment options?
You can pay securely using Paypal or a credit or debit card. All data is handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL protection. Your information cannot be accessed by any third parties.

How do I download my packs?

We will send you a confirmation email with your download links, which will be instantly accessible. You can also download your packs by creating a user account and navigating to the downloads page.
 

I didn’t receive my confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check the other inbox folders in your email account such as ‘Social’, ‘Promotions’, ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’. If you feel you might have input an incorrect email please contact our team who will be happy to help.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If you run into any issues contact us at orders@floeaudio.com and we’ll be there to help. 


Do you have a refund policy?

We have full confidence in Floe Audio products and if you are not satisfied with your pack please send us a detailed email explaining why within 14 days. We cannot offer full refunds on products that have been downloaded by the end user. When you complete a purchase, you agree that any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of Floe Audio and that all decisions we make are final. We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis and if accepted will offer a refund or give you a store credit of equal or lesser value.
